1. Online Checkout Redemption

Members can redeem their points directly during the checkout process on the Suncoast Audio Direct website.

• Step 1: Sign in – Members must be logged into their loyalty program account to access their points balance.
• Step 2: Add Items to Cart – Select the desired products and proceed to the checkout page.
• Step 3: Apply Points – At checkout, members will see an option to apply available points towards the total purchase. There will be an input field or slider allowing them to choose how many points they want to use.
• Redemption Value: The system will calculate the monetary equivalent based on the member’s tier:
• Bronze (Soundwave Starter): 1 point per every $3 spent
• Silver (Resonance Pro): 1 point per every $2 spent
• Gold (Master Fidelity): 1 point per every $1 spent
• Step 4: Review and Confirm – The total amount to be paid will update to reflect the discount from points. The member can review the final total and confirm the redemption.

2. Minimum Points for Redemption

• Members must accumulate a minimum of 1,000 points before they can begin redeeming them for coupons.

3. Partial and Full Redemptions

• Members have the flexibility to redeem partial points or the full points balance, depending on how many coupons they wish to apply to the order.

4. Promotional Offers

• Occasionally, Suncoast Audio Direct may offer special promotions that allow members to redeem points for specific items, exclusive deals, or early access to limited edition products. These offers will be announced via email and the member’s account dashboard.

5. Redemption Notifications

• Once the redemption is successful, the member will receive a confirmation email detailing the points redeemed and the updated points balance.

Restrictions & Expiration

• No expiration: Points in the Suncoast Audio Direct loyalty program do not expire, ensuring that members can accumulate and redeem them at their convenience.
• Non-redeemable on certain items: Some exclusions may apply, such as special promotions or clearance items where points may not be applicable. This will be noted at checkout or on product pages.
