Shipping Policy 

Order Processing & Standard Shipping

  • If an item is in stock at our warehouse, standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delays & Lead Times

  • If an item is not in stock at our warehouse, shipping may be delayed by up to three weeks.
  • Please note that Suncoast Audio Direct is not responsible for delays caused by weather or the shipping carrier.

Pre-Owned Products
All pre-owned products from Suncoast Audio Direct are backed by a 10-day satisfaction guarantee, unless otherwise specified in the product description. Within this 10-day window, you may request a return or exchange for any reason. However, please note that if the product is found to be defective, Suncoast Audio Direct will not cover shipping costs. Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees, and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

 

Return Process
To initiate a return, please complete our return form. All return requests, except for special orders, must be approved, and a return authorization issued before the return is accepted. Special orders are final and are not eligible for returns or refunds. Returned products must be in their original packaging and in mint condition. After the product is received and inspected for return eligibility, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment.

Manufacturer Warranties
All pre-owned products come with full manufacturer warranties, unless otherwise noted.

Additional Shipping Services

Please be aware that using freight forwarders or any additional shipping services beyond the original shipping address will void all return privileges and warranties.

Special Cases

  • New Cartridges: Newly purchased cartridges have a unique return policy. For details, please refer to our New Cartridge Returns policy.
  • Headphones: Headphones are not eligible for returns.
